How do I know if this class is right for me?

This class is open to mentally healthy women and men above the age of 35.

I work with open-minded people who are ready for positive change and to move forward in their lives.

If you are not open to or don’t believe in energy healing, then this probably isn’t the course for you. Similarly, if you feel this class is against your religion, family or culture, you probably should not join us.

How does the process work?

I utilize energy healing and medical intuition tools, which I have learned, and which have an effect on the physical body at the energetic, cellular level. I draw on universal and angelic energies of the highest light.

In each class, we will discuss the day’s topics, and then I will lead you in a guided meditation during which energy healing will take place. We will focus on releasing limiting beliefs and upgrading your energy during the meditations.

Will I have to do anything on my end?

I ask that you attend class as often as you can, ideally all 4 classes. An audio recording will be available if you do need to miss a class.

Other than that, I ask that you bring an open mind and willingness to change for the better.

Nothing more is required from you, except for short, occasional (optional) homework assignments to complete during the week.

Wouldn't this healing work better in-person in a one-to-one setting?

We use a video conferencing tool called Zoom. The healing works just the same as if it was in-person. Most people love this format, because they do not need to leave the comfort of their homes to travel anywhere.

The group setting works really well for this subject matter. It really helps to have support from classmates, and you can make like-minded friends!

Is it safe?

On the physical level, energy healing is safe, non-invasive and cannot bring harm. From an energy perspective, I work only with the highest energies in the universe, including angelic energy. I don’t use any dark energies, witchcraft, spells, curses, or low energies of any kind. No lower energies or entities will connect to you as a result of this class.

It is not against nature to look and feel younger using energy healing methods. There are no negative repercussions or bad karma from doing this.

Your personality and who you are will not be affected by the youth activation process. Your loved ones will be unaffected, and they will still recognize you as they always have.

If anything, your life could become happier as you release the old and connect to higher energies.

Aa for my qualifications, I have taken many professional courses and done a great deal of my own research over the course of many years to develop the methods I teach. I am insured, and a member of the Complimentary Therapists’ Association of the UK.

Are the effects from the class visible and lasting?

How visible the results will be depends on the person. Your willingness and open-mindedness greatly affect how well the process works. Results also are better for those who believe they can happen. So, some people experience obvious results, others have subtle visible changes and some have none at all. Sometimes the results happen right away, and sometimes they take time. As I previously said, I can only try to help and cannot guarantee any results.

I have found that the results do last, but this could depend on the person. We have 4 sessions together, so we will have time to dive deep into removing energetic blocks to youthfulness.

Can this class help with my menopause symptoms?

Yes it usually can. Results vary though depending on the individual, and are not guaranteed.

Will this class also help me to become healthier in general?

Yes, people usually report that they are overall more healthy after doing youth activation energy healing with me.

I'm a spiritual person - is it vain to wish to look younger?

It’s definitely not vain to wish to look younger. It’s your birthright to use energy to look and feel younger. Aging is only required if you believe it is.

Also, the process of using energy healing tools to look younger will connect you to beautiful universal and angelic energies, which can benefit your life in many ways.

Can I still join this class if I've already had botox or cosmetic surgery?

Yes, it is perfectly fine for you to join.

What is the format of the class?

The class will be taught in a video format via Zoom (video conferencing). Each student will have a personal video feed, so we will be able to see each other. You do not have to turn on your video if you prefer to just participate via audio, but the experience is better with video.

You will be able to ask questions, and participate just like in an in-person class. My students love this format because they can join no matter where they are in the world, and they do not have to leave their homes.

Each class will last 1.5 hours with the last class lasting 1 hour, followed by a bonus 30 minute Q&A session with me.

In each class, we will discuss a general theme, and then I will lead a guided meditation which is the energy healing portion of the class.

Do I need to rest or do anything special after each class?

At the end of each class, I will “ground” your energies with healing methods, and you will be able to resume normal activities.

Some people may feel a little tired following the class, but this depends on the individual.

In general, there is no downtime following class.

I do recommend that you avoid excessive alcohol consumption that night and get a good night’s sleep if you can. You will be processing the energy changes while you sleep.

For the duration of the class (and always), I also suggest that you drink plenty of water and generally try to get enough rest.
