Did you know that you have your own personal flow of the universe?
When you are advised to get in the “flow of the universe” by spiritual teachers, it actually means getting into your own personal flow. This is also known as being aligned to your highest good or your soul’s path.
To align to your highest good, you must firmly intend it and also sincerely ask your spiritual guides and helpers to assist you. Then you have to see it as a fact- that you are now in the flow.
Even so, it is still possible to get out of your flow. We all have free will. We can make decisions and take actions that are misaligned to our flow or highest good. We can recognise these decisions because a considerable amount of force is usually involved.
Every time I have ignored my intuition and forced an action, things have gotten really weird. People have behaved out of character, and it has gotten messy.
I have done this over and over again, because I like to be independent and I don’t like being told what to do. I now accept that it is infinitely better and easier to follow my highest good completely.
This means that when making decisions, it is best to consult your intuition. You can ask your High Self and spiritual helpers in meditation to show you the value a certain decision or action brings to your life.. Generally, a decision with high value will bring positivity and happiness. Or it could help you to achieve a spiritual lesson that you need to learn to move forward.
Another way to assess whether a decision or action is in your highest good/personal flow is to sit quietly and imagine you have already made the decision. Put your hand on your heart, and feel how it feels to have taken that action. A good feeling generally indicates a good decision in alignment with your highest good.
Alternatively, if you dowse, you can check the percentage of value of the decision or action with your pendulum. If you are not experienced in dowsing, it is best to use one of the above methods instead.
For major decisions, you will want to check on several different occasions or use a couple of different methods before reaching a conclusion.
You will get used to tuning into what works best for you and eventually you will instantly feel whether you are aligned with something or not.
Until then, try intentionally tuning into yourself to see what feels good.
