Your brain always has a “good” reason for sabotaging you!

What do I mean by this?

I mean that, deep down, in your subconscious mind and energy field, you are sabotaging yourself for one or more reasons that “make sense” to you on some level. This could be to keep you safe or protect you, amongst thousands of other possible rationales.

To heal, you have to uncover these “valid” reasons. Then the whole energy pattern unravels, and you see a different result in your life.

How do you uncover these reasons?

You can have a healing session with me. I can see all kinds of stuff that is beyond your conscious awareness. That’s my job.

Or you can do other healing techniques to clear it yourself.

I prefer journaling.

I recommend writing a prompt at the top of a blank piece of paper.

Here are some more:

“I am resisting my good because….”

“I am sabotaging myself because….”

Or they could be more specific, like:

“I choose to never have enough money because…”

“I don’t allow myself to have a romantic partner because…”

Then free write to try to uncover why you are doing this to yourself (we are always in control of our realities).

Another good technique is to add “why” after every sentence you write, then answer it.

For example:

“I am sabotaging myself because….”

“I am worthless.” – why?

“My parents said so.” – why?

“Because I am not lovable.” – why?

“If I was lovable, then my parents would have loved me.”

You could carry on like this many times, but you can already see that, in the example, the person feels unlovable because of not receiving the appropriate love from her parents. She did not have her childhood needs met and blamed herself for this.

After journaling, you can meditate with the angels to “fix” your energy, in other words, release the energies you no longer need and receive those that are beneficial for you.
